MAY 9TH AND 10TH 2019

(English spoken) This training is aimed at everyone who considers themselves an experienced Design Thinking facilitator and wants to further strengthen their facilitation skills. In 2 days, you will learn to understand your impact on a group, new design thinking tools that you apply on your own project, your facilitation strengths, and group dynamics processes (from difficult participants, personal preferences to group development phases). Furthermore, towards the end of the training your facilitation effort will be recorded to allow a detailed review by yourself and other participants. At the end of this course you are fully in control of the process, the team and yourself.

Facilitated amongst others, by skilled facilitators of DesignThinkers Academy and Arnoud Koning, Founder of the global Design Thinking Facilitation Program within Procter & Gamble.

The Advanced Facilitation training is designed as an addition to the DT Facilitation training offered by the DesignThinkersAcademy and in comparison, will spend a lot more time on understanding group dynamics, your impact on a group and will go beyond the common design thinking tools. Therefore, in case you are an experienced facilitator and already familiar with the core design thinking tools (Persona, CJM & Service Scenario) the advanced training is the opportunity to improve yourself as a Design Thinking facilitator.

The facilitators will guide you on the different activities during the Service Design Thinking Facilitation Training.

Arnoud Koning, will be your Lead Facilitation Coach. Within Procter & Gamble’s Global Business Services organization, Arnoud set-up a global Design Thinking program and has experienced Design Thinking in Service Design up to savings & simplification programs.

Jeroen van der Weide, is a senior facilitator stimulating creative leadership within corporate environments to find new solutions for business problems by designing and facilitating creative processes through Design Thinking.

Cees ten Thije, is – besides being passionate about design thinking – an experiential coach and trainer with a strong focus on connecting your identity, purpose and talents through learning by reflection on doing.
